[Challenge]

The concept of this project was to create a coffee table book that would capture Felipe Pantone's dynamic blend of color, movement, and digital aesthetics. His dynamic, fast-paced approach was challenging to translate into print while retaining its punch and vitality. Through curating his artistic development, i analyzed how his work unites fine art and graffiti, analog and digital, to produce an immersive experience that embodies his innovative visual language.

Who is Felipe Pantone?
Felipe Pantone is a contemporary artist known for his electrifying fusion of color, movement, and digital aesthetics. Blending graffiti, kinetic art, and futuristic design, his work challenges visual perception in the digital age. Despite global recognition, Pantone has maintained a secretive identity, never revealing his face, allowing his art to speak louder than the artist himself.
[Ideation]

The cover of The Hyperkinetic World of Felipe Pantone captures his bold and sleek style with dynamic typography that feels fast and futuristic. The strong colors and glitch-like text reflect his mix of digital and analog art. The back page continues this energy, making the design an extension of Pantone’s vibrant and ever-evolving creative world.
Back Page and Cover Page

The 4×4 grid on an 8×11-inch layout provides structure while maintaining a clean, minimal design. This simplicity ensures that the focus remains on Pantone’s striking play of color and light. The modular grid enhances hierarchy and spatial flow, allowing his kinetic visuals to take center stage while keeping the layout balanced, organized, and visually engaging.

"Precision in Chaos"
[Solution]

The book’s black-and-white color palette ensures Pantone’s vivid artwork remains the focal point. This minimal approach, paired with a structured yet fluid typographic system, enhances clarity and contrast, allowing his bold use of color and light to take center stage without distraction.
Next Project
The combination of "Proxima Nova" and "Medium" for bold sub-headers and headers, "Roboto" for clean readability, "Roboto Bold" for emphasis, and "Roboto Italic" for dynamic contrast creates a structured yet fluid typographic system that enhances clarity, mirrors Pantone’s fusion of technology and art, and ensures the text complements rather than competes with his high-energy, color-driven visuals.
